The Kenwood Boys Basketball Team will be participating in a Sunday league hosted by St. Rita. League play will start this Sunday at 1 for the Broncos. If you'd like to catch an early glimpse of this year's team, head over to 7740 S. Western Ave. Players who will be participating in the event will be Co-Captains Mario Sawyer and Sam Wu, sharp-shooting senior guards Chris Pride and Antoine Williams, big men Toshaun Polk and Kyle Begusa, and "the human fast break" Remy Price. Korey Williams will run the show for the Broncos and two-sport star Trent Wigley will do all the little things to help his team win. Jeff Jones will look to be the X-factor and defensive stopper that the Broncos will need to make a run in the state tournament come March. Don't miss your opportunity because tickets may be hard to come by at The Wood when the regular season starts.
